The experience was good (bearing in mind one would rather not have to be there!). I would recommend this consultant to friends and family. Treatment is continuing. To be honest I prefer Spire Tunbridge Wells to Gatwick, probably because it is smaller.

I was entirely satisfied with the physical surroundings of Gatwick Park Hospital. Absolutely clean and spotless, the staff were friendly, the appointment on time, the consultant helpful and inspired confidence. The radiographer took endless trouble.

I had severe bilateral sciatic pain and while waiting for an operation to relieve my lumbar canal stenosis the pain had become unbearable. My neurosurgeon recommended Dr Thawale, who prescribed powerful painkillers and then an epidural steroid injection, which helped enormously.

Mr Anand was recommended to me as my GP told me that all of her patients that had seen him had only positive things to say about him. I certainly was not let down. I have received a consistently outstanding level of care from Mr Anand. He is warm, friendly and puts you at ease. He listens carefully to your issues and offers you appropriate treatments. He gives you options and explains what will happen thoroughly and in a way that is easy to understand. He takes the time to answer your questions. When you have a procedure he keeps you fully informed and again gives you an outstanding quality of care.
