I had wanted to have a tummy tuck for the last 8 years as three 9lb+ babies had left me with severe muscle separation and no matter how hard I worked in the gym nothing changed and it just left me disheartened and not really bothering. I was terrified of having a general anaesthetic so didn’t think I would ever be brave enough to go through with it but after seeing Charles page on Instagram and how amazing his results were I just thought I would go for a consultation and see. From the initial consultation with Charles I knew I was in safe hands and really liked how down to earth he was for such a top surgeon. The care I received from everyone at Adnova was exceptional. The anaesthetist was calm and supportive when I explained how nervous I was, but everyone created such a calm environment (especially nurse Kerry telling me she would hold my hand whilst I went to sleep) that I honestly woke up feeling like the whole thing was a positive experience. The care afterwards was exceptional and all the follow ups with the dressings and scar management. Charles, this is honestly the best decision I have ever made, I just wish I had done it years ago. The results are better than I ever imagined you have changed my life (and my back as I no longer suffer with lower back pain) and I have found my love for exercise again and feeling stronger than ever.

I had my first breast augmentation with Dr Durrant in 2018 but developed a grade 3 capsular contraction in my left breast. Charlie gave me all the advice I needed, whether it was to remove the implants completely or to have a new set put in. I decided to have a new set and this time to go under the muscle. The whole experience at Adnova Clinic was amazing from start to finish, I felt very safe and comfortable there, every single member of the team made me feel at ease every step of the way. Would 100% recommend!

I think the result I have is fantastic, and I have no regrets about choosing Mr Durrant to do the surgery. As an older lady I found the recovery hard and would have liked to have received care for longer after my operation. Ideally I would have liked to have stayed overnight.

I recently had abdominoplasty surgery with Charles Durrant. I originally had the procedure booked with another surgeon but found that something didb't feel right so I cancelled the appointment. I was then recomended to see Mr Durrant. I am so pleased that I did as I was looked after throughout the whole process from Lynsey Rutledge, ward staff, theatre staff, reovery nurse (we had a gret laugh) and outpatient appointments at the Nuffield Hospital in Chichester. I was amazed that after just 7 days, there was not one area of the wound site that was still open. I did not have any infections and I followed all the after care given to the letter. 3 months down the line I love my new tummy. My confidence has greatly improved and I have no regrets of what I have been through. I can't thank you enough Charlie for all you have done. Thank you to you and your amazing staff.

Charles Durrant is an excellent surgeon. He is honest with what he can achieve. Very friendly man makes you feel relaxed. Also the staff at the Adnova clinic are super friendly and professional ( especially Lynsey ) who answers all of my messages very quickly.

Beyond my expectations I was really well cared for confident that I was being given the best care and the results are amazing cannot praise Mr Durrant and his team enough

I would 100% recommend Charles Durrant to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I had a Fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty and it has changed my life! Very professional and and kind and caring all the way through.

Although my scar reduction was a relatively small procedure, the whole experience from the first contact through to my final check-up, has been very pleasing, reassuring and successful. I will certainly return in the future!

Having had a complex for many years, I took the huge leap and contacted Charles. From the start he was calming, helpful, thoughtful, informative and a thoroughly nice man. He answered my questions, allayed any fears and fully explained the procedure and after care. To say he has changed my life may seem a tad dramatic, but for me he has done exactly that. I have more confidence now and my only regret is not contacting him sooner than I did.
