Professor El-Deeb explains everything in a simple manner which helps immensely when going through treatment and not feeling your best. The staff at Genesis are all caring and attentive, especially Professor El-Deebs secretary.

The Radiotherapy team are far too busy. They are really good, but lack the 'personal' time that would be helpful. Also, I have asked for a copy of my PSA blood test results before my consultation with my consultant, but this has been refused!
