We’ve been consulting Dr Gray for two years now. He is a knowledgeable, compassionate, and calm consultant. We trust his care and treatment.

Dr Gray listened to all our concerns and was very reassuring. He thoroughly examined our child and patiently answered all of our questions.

Dr. Grey was very friendly and my daughter felt very comfortable in his care. He clearly communicated the results of the examination and gave good advice and feedback. We can highly recommend Dr. Gray.

Dr Gray was very thorough and reassuring. He has a great bedside manner and great distraction techniques to get our baby to sit still for tests! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience as always. Dr Burmester is the best at reassuring me when my daughter is unwell by being kind, patient and diligent.

Excellent visit, doctor was great with the kids and informative. All other staff were very kind too.

Wonderful pediatrician. Very thorough. Definitely recommend. Only issue is that the information in our paperwork was not communicated to the front desk, so we spent quite a while at the front desk completing forms that we had already completed.

Many thanks for this really helpful and constructive feedback. We have liaised with HCA International who hosts our Bright Futures Clinic at Chiswick Medical Centre to explore if we can improve the registration process. We hope to improve the process by pre-registering patients with the information that we already have for them. Thank you.

Dr Gray is extremely knowledgeable. He is reassuring, listens and makes decisions with you rather than for you. He took the time out with me when there were more complex situation going on with my daughter and made sure I understood everything I needed.
