Dr Parwez was excellent from first consultation to final sign-off post surgery. He took time to explain different options, what he thought was appropriate and why, but always in discussion so as a patient I felt part of the decision making process.

Had a partial knee replacement and was kept fully informed throughout my treatment. Understood the procedure and the recovery time. Support given was great and when I needed a little longer to recover the team were fully understanding and helped me to move at my own pace.

Excellent treatment by Mr Parwez, waiting time at the OSD facility was approximately 15-30 minutes which seemed unnecessary given I was allocated an appointment

Not a big problem but the day I visited The Spires Hospital I had a long wait to be checked in for my appointment. It would be helpful if there were more reception staff to check in patients as they arrive.

Mr Parwez made what was, for me, the daunting prospect of two knee operations in relatively quick succession entirely tolerable and was clear and knowledgeable throughout. The operations were a success and I'm looking forward to a pain-free future
