Dr Ugoh is a credit to his field. I arrived nervous and dreading having to open up but his warmth and reassurance put me at ease over the session. He took the time to explain his process and answered every question I had. A true professional and I feel grateful to have found him.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Ugoh. The most empathetic professional I’ve ever had an appointment with. Thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Good experience

The waiting area could do with some TLC

Dr. Ugoh has helped me tremendously to recover from psychotic episode. After falling ill I was given the right treatment and was able to go back to work after one month. It was easy to get an appointment and Dr.Ugoh listened to all my concerns

I can’t speak for facility features and staff as I haven’t visited the facility. Dr. Ugoh is very friendly and seems genuinely concerned and compassionate.

The doctor was alrightl, however he did get some some my details wrong in the formulation letter, regarding my personal history and trauma. I do not think that is compatible with a 300£ appointment and 160£ follow up. Getting the details right is a must so would not recommend on.

Thank you for your review and I am happy that you still went ahead to book a follow up next week. Sometimes with remote consultations , due to connectivity, conversations can get muddled . I am happy to discuss your concerns by giving you extra unpaid time during your follow up next week.

Dr. Ugoh has and is still helping me through a tough time, he is very competent and listens to my concerns, I can highly recommend him
