Review about Total Orthopaedics

Had consultation with Mr Dunbar in July 2025 and follow up 3weeks later, following a MRI scan. On both occasions I was treated very professionally and in a friendly and helpful manner. On my second visit, the issue with my knee was explained and options discussed.

Mr Shyam is a gentleman and a great doctor. A top guy in every sense.

I had a scaphoid AVN for 20 years and multiple surgeons would not attempt to repair the scaphoid and only offered me salvage operation procedures. However, Mr Shyam offered to operate and fix the scaphoid and it healed I am now pain free and even doing pulls ups pain free.

I was very impressed with the quality of care, reassurance, and overall process of the surgery. Felt very at ease. My only feedback is that immediately after the surgery, there was minimal follow-up to explain how the surgery went and what to look out for in next few days/weeks.

I made an appointment to see Mr G Shyamalan as I had been suffering from carpal tunnel symptoms. A nerve conduction assessment was arranged, a followup meeting and subsequently carpal tunnel surgery. At all stages, Mr Shyamalan was very professional & friendly. So far so good :-)

Has hopefully given me my quality of life back after Full Knee Replacement Surgery, it's only been 7weeks but I'm getting there, Mr Makrides has a lovely manner to him and obviously is excellent in what he does, would definitely recommend Rachel T

Mr G Shyamalan is an excellent surgeon, he listens is kind, caring and advises options as to what is the best treatment for you in a manner that instills confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

He really did a top job on my hand had a contruction in my left fingers. I'ts been about two years now and my fingers are still straight as an arrow. Sorry I missed my appointment for the last checking I can compensate that with before and after pictures... Thank you!!!
