Sophie is the newest recruit to join the content team at Top Doctors UK. Passionate about language and linguistics, her career has mostly been in education. Her work as a teacher has taken her from the UK, to France and to Barcelona. Now she is happy to be outside of the classroom for a change and is looking forward to getting stuck in to the ever-evolving world of health. An advocate for good work-life balance and plentiful self-care, she is excited to share new trends that will help others to lead healthy and happy lives. Outside of work, she is a keen seamstress, a wannabe chef and a music buff.
