Prof. Carmichael displayed such a calm and reassuring approach throughout the consultations. She gave time to listen and created a peaceful environment through a very difficult time (a true expert with such a caring and compassionate disposition). Explanations of the condition and process were always made super clear using uncomplicated language. We had great confidence in her surgical skills in conjunction with her excellent reconstructive surgeon. 100% recommend her care!
