Professor Christopher Bunker is a well-known consultant dermatologist with over 30 years of experience in general dermatology. He sees private patients at King Edward VII's Hospital. He specialises in all aspects of medical dermatology including male genital dermatology, HIV dermatology, and skin cancer.

Professor Bunker was educated and trained in a number of leading institutions, such as Cambridge University, Westminster Medical School, and University College Hospital. A fellowship from the Sir Jules Thorn Charitable Trust in clinical research lead to him being awarded the Cambridge University prize for his MD thesis. He was awarded the Sir Archibald Gray Medal by the British Association of Dermatologists in 2019 — the ultimate accolade for outstanding services to UK Dermatology. Professor Bunker has been the President of the British Association of Dermatologists, St John's Hospital Dermatological Society, the Chelsea Clinical Society, the West London Medico-Chirurgical Society and the Dermatology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine.

He is an elected member of the prestigious American Dermatological Association and the European Dermatology Forum. He is currently the Hon. Secretary (the senior Medical Trustee) of the British Skin Foundation Dermatology research charity. Committed to research, he has published nearly 400 papers, books, case reports, and chapters in books. A full list can be found here.
