Dr Eleanor Mallon is a revered consultant dermatologist based in London, specialising in melanoma, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma alongside actinic keratoses, changing moles and benign skin lesions. She privately practices at 108 Harley Street and she also works for the NHS at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

Dr Mallon, who works with both children and adults, prides herself in giving high-quality advice regarding the diagnosis and management of skin disease and skin conditions of all types. She also treats eczema, psoriasis and severe inflammatory skin disease alongside hair and nail disorders, blistering conditions and male and female anogenital dermatology.

Dr Mallon has been awarded top qualifications from esteemed institutions, graduating with an MBBS in Medicine from St George's, University of London. She went on to receive an MD and later on, a postgraduate certificate in Medical Education (2017) from University College London.

Dr Mallon developed her expert knowledge via her further training in dermatology at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, St John's Institute of Dermatology and the John Radcliffe and Churchill Hospitals, Oxford. The research she did into psoriasis while training lead to her MD award.

Further to her expert practice and education, Dr Mallon's career takes in impressive teaching roles. She was an honorary senior lecturer in Dermatology at St John's Institute of Dermatology and Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals for 17 years. She was also the Chief Examiner on the MSc Course in Clinical Dermatology at St John's for four.

Dr Mallon received specialist accreditation from the Royal College of Physicians in 1999, is published in various peer-reviewed journals and is a committee member of both the Clinical Standards Unit and Therapeutics and Guidelines of the British Association of Dermatologists. This where she is involved in writing national guidelines for the management of skin cancer and skin disease.   

She is also a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and an active member of the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD), the St John's Institute of Dermatology Society and the British Society for Dermatological Research.
