I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction with Mr Bast around a month ago and I have been very happy with the outcome. While there is still some swelling still to go down, I believe the surgery was successful. Mr Bast had an excellent bedside manner. He explained everything clearly to me, and took time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease. He gave clear instructions about post-operative care. I had some discomfort for about 3-4 days post-surgery but could easily control this with standard painkillers. I had only a small amount of bleeding, again this was to be expected and easily brought under control. It was easy to arrange everything insurance-related with Mr Bast and his colleagues. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Bast.

My experience with Mr Blast was excellent. I saw him for an initial consultation due to breathing problems and he recommended a functional Septoplasty with turbinate reduction, but emphasised that it was my decision and did not put any pressure on me to go through with the procedure. He explained the surgery and recovery process thoroughly, including possible complications and the practices he uses to mitigate these, so I felt I was in very safe hands throughout. The surgery itself went smoothly and my breathing has improved vastly since, as well as secondary issues such as sleep. My father who accompanied me to the surgery also commented on his professional manner. I am very thankful to Mr Bast and I recommend him highly!
