Mr Richard Gullan is a London-based neurological surgeon with a reputation for being at the forefront of many techniques. Amongst other pioneering achievements, he presented the first use of posterior instrumented stabilisation for malignant diseases affecting the spinal column and was actively involved in the introduction of the first UK CyberKnife® Unit. He has a passion for teaching operative technique and has inspired and helped a large number of senior trainees who have gone on to become consultant neurological surgeons.
