Dr Richard Trompeter is a highly-experienced, London-based paediatric nephrologist. He has extensive clinical experience in managing kidney problems, including enuresis, urinary tract infection, hypertension and nephrotic syndrome, in infants and children of all ages. He is based at Great Ormond Street Hospital and also serves as an honorary reader at University College London.
He has written over 100 peer-reviewed publications and regularly appears and an expert witness. Dr Trompeter forms an integral part of a multitude of reputable professional bodies including the Ethics Committee of the European Renal Association and the International Pediatric Transplant Association.
