• Regularly conducts teaching sessions for medical students from University College London and St Georges University, Grenada, for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at The West Hertfordshire Hospital NHS Trust.
• Has been Honorary Clinical Teacher at The Centre for Virology (Hampstead Campus), Department of Infection and Immunity, University College London. 
• More recently, Mr Phadnis has contributed questions for both MRCOG Part 1 and Part 2 modules for an online revision platform, PassIT, A production of The Oxford University Press.
• Mr Phadnis has lectured medical students at Queen Marys University London on gynaecological cancer. He has also been an OSCE examiner for year 3 and year 4 Medical Students since 2017 and Physicians Associate since 2018.
