Dr Stephen Humble is a consultant in spinal medicine based at the London Interventional Clinic. He specialises in the management of back pain, neck pain and sciatica. He is also expertly trained in performing spinal epidural injections, facet joint injections and Botox for migraines.
Dr Humble is committed to helping patients who are in pain and have had pain for many years. His principal aim is to help his patients be in control of their pain and prevent it from becoming a long-term problem. Over his medical career, he has helped thousands of patients avoid invasive surgery and the risks associated with it.
Dr Humble qualified in medicine in 2000 at the University of Aberdeen. He later trained in anaesthesia and pain medicine in Scotland and Australia respectively. Following this, he completed a master's degree in pain management from the University of Edinburgh in 2010 and finally obtained his PhD in neuroscience in 2012.
Dr Humble has also qualified at Level 7 in aesthetic medicine at the Harley Academy. This is the UK’s largest postgraduate training provider in aesthetic medicine and the first nationally recognised Level 7 qualification in injectables for aesthetic medicine. It is approved by Health Education England and regulated by Ofqual. In addition to his pain management specialities, he now holds specialist aesthetic skills in administering Botox and dermal filler injections.
