Dr Zaid Abboudi is a distinguished consultant haematologist who has made significant contributions to the field of haematology through his clinical practice, research, and dedication to patient care. His expertise encompasses a wide range of blood disorders, including but not limited to leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, anaemia, and various clotting and bleeding disorders. He currently practises at the New Victoria Hospital.
With a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment, Dr Abboudi ensures that each patient receives individualised and state-of-the-art care tailored to their specific needs. He has a vast amount of experience having completed his first medical degree; a MBChB at the University of Baghdad Medical College; in 1979.
Throughout his career, Dr. Abboudi has been involved in numerous clinical trials and research projects that have contributed to the development of new therapies and treatment protocols. His research interests are diverse, covering areas such as the molecular mechanisms of blood disorders, innovative treatment strategies, and the optimization of patient care pathways.
