As a specialist doctor with prior experience in UK NHS hospitals, I sought to return to the UK after a brief period in my home country. Four months ago, I received a job offer from a hospital as a specialist doctor. After successfully navigating the interview process, I was informed that the department faced funding constraints and proposed replacing the specialist post with a speciality post, inquiring about my willingness to proceed.
I immediately sought counsel from Dr. El Sayad. He imparted invaluable wisdom, emphasizing my right to pursue the specialist position given my extensive experience and qualifications. Furthermore, he equipped me with exceptional negotiation strategies. As a result, I successfully advocated for the specialist position and secured the appropriate pay scale code, resulting in a significant salary increase of £27,000.
Following these negotiations, the recruitment team offered me the specialist position, acknowledging my years of experience and maximizing my earning potential. Moreover, Dr. El Sayad's guidance extended beyond salary negotiations. He advised me on effectively communicating my needs and asserting my rights professionally. This approach led the department manager to offer a relocation expenses package of £7,000, recognizing my status as an overseas doctor.
This job offer was a significant achievement, exceeding my expectations. Concurrently, I received another job offer from a second hospital as a locum consultant. However, given the typically short duration of locum contracts (usually a maximum of one year), I sought Dr. El Sayad's guidance. My primary concern was securing a more stable position and avoiding frequent relocations.
Employing the negotiation skills he imparted, I successfully secured a two-year locum consultant position, representing a significant career advancement. This position also offers a higher salary, exceeding the previous offer by £13,000.
I unequivocally attribute my success to Dr. Al Sayad's invaluable guidance and unwavering support. His mentorship instilled in me the confidence and resilience to navigate the challenges I encountered. I diligently followed his advice, meticulously documenting our discussions and implementing his strategies during interviews.

I have seen Dr Elsayad today in a timely fashion. He was professional in his approach and explained to me every step of the way . He listened to my concerns and took time to explain to me patiently

I was very nervous about having an injection in my knee thought it would be painful
Dr Elsayed made me feel very relaxed explained the procedure and with the care also from the lovely polish HCA ( Sorry I didn't catch your name) this became an easy
painless experience didn't hurt a bit and was over before I knew it !

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dr Elsayad for putting me at ease during my two ultrasound injections. I was absolutely terrified and he was friendly and made me feel comfortable, ensuring that it was over as quickly as possible to minimise my stress and discomfort.
