He explained everything thoroughly in advance, making sure I understood each step of the process. His calm and professional demeanor really helped to alleviate any stress I had, and I felt completely at ease in his care. Professor Noordeen was fantastic. Reassuring, kind and clearly expert in his field. The reception staff were however unfriendly, and rude - when returning for an expected scan, she called someone to say "they're back" as if I was causing her inconvenience!
