Dr Geoff Davies is a consultant sports physician. His specialist areas of expertise include tennis elbow, conditions involving the patella and Achilles tendons, shockwave therapy, musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound and ultrasound-guided injections among diagnostic and treatment procedures. 

He qualified from the Welsh National School of Medicine, Cardiff University in 1986 and completed his MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Bath University in 2005. He continued his training by receiving a Postgraduate certification in MSK ultrasound. Since 2012, Dr Davies has been the Sports Physician for the Welsh Rugby Union National team.

As well as treating patients, he is a tutor and examiner at Bath University and Cardiff Metropolitan for MSc Sports and Exercise Medicine students.
