Mr Thomas was excellent in all aspects of my treatment and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others

Mr Thomas is an exceptional surgeon, I had severe osteoarthritis of my hip. The result of the surgery is no pain and no pain medication, in only 8 weeks after the procedure.

My consultant, Mr Thomas, was at all times very professional whilst giving me the assurance that I was the only person on his list for that day and every time I visited subsequently. I had no fear of going into the operation. I would recommend him to a friend without hesitation

Excellent Dr. I would recommend him to all my friends. The hospital staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Dr. and staff were very professional. My stay at the hospital was very pleasant.

Calm and reassuring, helpful and available for issues and advice, offers practical and achievable outcomes, delivered what and when said would, very neat needlework!

Terrible receptionist (in main receptionist). Whilst waiting for x-ray she kept shouting questions across the room (e.g. what's your address). Not at all appropriate. Also kept blaming the consultant for not sending the X-ray request; again not at all appropriate.

Mr. Thomas came highly recommended and I would recommend him in turn. He is straightforward, clear, professional, calm, patient and highly knowledgeable. He treats all with kindness and respect. I would not hesitate to consult him again and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mr. Thomas was reassuring and professional. He even took the trouble to telephone my husband as soon as I came out of surgery to let him know that all was well. Post operative care was good. He also looked in on me when I was in the hospital following a different procedure.

I would highly recommend Mr. Thomas to anyone who is considering undergoing hip replacement surgery. I had my first hip replacement with Mr. Thomas in December 2015 and the second in January 2023. Both have been highly successful and beyond my expectations.

Mr Thomas has given my 92 year old father a new lease of life and he is now pain free and enjoying going for walks only a few weeks after the operation. Mr Thomas was very attentive and helpful throughout, from the very first consultation to his discharge. Definitely recommend.

Mr Thomas has been looking after my hip issues for the last 10 years. I finally had a Right THR and the results are outstanding. Mr Thomas even tidied up my old scar while he was there. I’m very grateful for the outcome and the manner in which he has dealt with me.

I cannot fault in anyway the care and treatment of Mr P Thomas and his team. My recovery was monitored and the wound healed quickly without any issues.

Mr Thomas, apart from being highly skilled, is friendly and approachable. I felt involved in my treatment at all times and never felt hesitant about asking questions.

Mr Thomas explained the procedure in detail beforehand, answering all of my questions honestly and in full. His calm and friendly manner did much to assuage my nervousness on the day of the op. Post the successful op, he was most attentive and encouraging during my recovery.

I could not fault the care I had off Phil Thomas. He fully explained theprocedure & a convenient date was agreed for my surgery to suit my personal circumstances. Aftercare also excellent
