Our sessions are incredibly helpful. Kiki hears my concerns & what I find particularly helpful is how Kiki challenges me to truly dig into what my root concern may be. I leave each session understanding new tools or actions to take, and Kiki shares the reasoning behind each.

Kiki is a seasoned and caring Psychologist. She asked specific questions to help me understand my thoughts, feelings and behaviours. She is a joyful, positive, kind person - she made me feel at ease to share and to reflect.

Kiki is a wonderful therapist. She's kind and empathetic but most importantly Kiki will know when to be firm and keep you accountable. Therapy is a journey, and can sometimes be tough. But I really feel progress since starting these sessions. Highly recommend.
