I recently had a consultation with Mr. Akash Patel, an orthopaedic surgeon at the Royal Free Hospital, London, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Although I didn’t require surgery, Mr. Patel reviewed my scans in great detail and took the time to explain my condition with exceptional clarity. His communication skills are excellent – he ensured I fully understood the diagnosis and treatment options, answering all my questions with patience and care.
