Dr Hobson saw my elderly mother who was pretty anxious about the appointment. He has a lovely manner and was very kind and patient with her. His explanation of the issue was very clear and easily accessible and of the options available to us.

Friendliness of staff as normal is given because I don't see any staff and often if I phone it is not answered. As regards Facility's QA after hours is like most hospitals it is uninviting.
