Dr Qureshii is warm and charismatic. He explained in detail the procedure, what he will do and what result would be expected as well as what the recovery time should be. He lets you understand the implications and is honest in what results are possible. Hospital couldn’t do bloods as too busy and ultrasound needed an appointment. Hadn’t heard so contacted Mr Qureishi’s secretary 10 days later and was told to book them myself. Can’t get through to the Manor to pay bill, on hold for ages. Same as NHS.
