Everything was more than satisfactory , Mr Patel is excellent BUT the car parking at the hospital is dreadful…..if I had come alone I would have been v v late as despite being half an hour early for the follow up appts it was impossible to park.

Checking in at Reception, particularly the Outpatients Clinic, is somewhat chaotic. Screens, masks, cross contamination of noise, other conversations in the immediate area and general noise and disturbance make it difficult to overhear what’s being said.

Very professional, efficient and friendly which put me at ease. At 78 I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure but it was absolutely painless, so much so that I had my other cataract done 5 weeks later. Sight improvement so good I dont need glasses.

I cannot Speak highly enough of Mister Patel who carried out my eye procedures last year. His expertise is truly life changing as i no longer need glasses to read or drive. He was excellent from consultation to procedures and is also a true gentleman.

Mr Patel (and his team) were outstanding in every aspect. There is nothing that I can find fault in in the care and attention that they provided to me and I wholeheartedly recommend the whole team. I was very happy with the surgery.

I was terrified of the prospect but Mr Patel was wonderful, reassuring & empathetic .He gave me confidence to proceed. On the day, he talked to me as op happened. Fabulous man, painless op, would 100% recommend to all. Great end result for my eyes too!
