Excellent helpful, friendly and informative consultation

Amazing Proffesor!:)

I specifically booked a fibroscan which did not happen and is pending. I was seen by the expert and asked to get blood tests from the GP and come back for a further consultation later, which wasn't what had been agreed, so the appointment was a wasted journey

Thank you so much for your positive rating. I am sorry if there was any misunderstanding about the fibroscan. This is done by the XRay department of the hospital, so needs to be booked in. You had booked for a consultation in the clinic.

I have only seen Professor Summerton the one time as yet so I have yet to have a full opinion but he was very patient, listened to my concerns and requested further investigations. I hope to see him again to discuss any findings.

Professor Summerton was friendly,listened to my concerns and after taking a thorough history reviewed my investigations . We discussed treatment options and how best to address my concerns. Very knowledgeable , explaining risks and benefits and able to reassure me reg priorities

Thank you. The service I received was excellent from Prof Summerton and the facilities. The only point I would make that your appointment was sent to me for 7pm, and my text from The BMI Alexandra was for 7.30pm so I had to call the hospital to check the time of the appointment
