Felt so reassured and cared for, he showed real empathy and set a solid action plan for our doctors to follow.. and thanks to him we have a happy baby girl for the first time in months! Worth every single penny!!!!!

Very pleased with everything from booking and waiting time through to the advice given. Professional, friendly and helpful and put our shy daughter at ease. The problem was resolved very quickly and our daughter is now enjoying life again. Would recommend

Extremely happy with our first appointment. Dr Shortland was very helpful, and managed to point us in the direction of a diagnosis for our 2yr old boy. We would highly recommend, and will use his service again. Explained everything thoroughly and acknowledged any of our concerns

Dr Shortland is a friendly and knowledgeable pediatrician. I was new to East Dorset and needed a consultation for my daughter who is autistic. He was very understanding of the challenges we needed help with & helped me to navigate other services for help.

Dr Shortland’s care has been excellent since day 1. I felt that he listened to my concerns properly and was the first doctor who had taken me seriously. He has been very responsive and answered any questions or concerns in a very timely manner.

Visited Dr Shortland with my almost 2 year old. His experience, explanations and treatment of my daughter were exceptional. We left with a clear plan and potential diagnosis dependant on the outcomes of the plan. Cannot recommend highly enough.
