Dr McCorry has been amazing. He's been my hospital consultant for over a decade now, it's been a long journey from where I was, throughout my recovery and to where I'm at now. If only every doctor was like Dr McCorry!.

Amazing Doctor service

I did an e consultation with Dr McCorry. He was attentive and listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He did not appear rushed as doctors often do and took time to ensure I could digest the information he provided. He spoke to me as an equal and gave sound advice

Dr McCorry was very patient & understanding, he took the time to gather all background information and was empathetic to my issues. There was an issue with the TopDoctors eConsultation facility where the video did not work, but Dr McCorry quickly suggested an alternative.

Dr. McCoory was very easy to talk to, made us feel totally at ease, and explain everything so well. would highly recommend. Office staff where very efficient and always answer my question promptly.

Dr McCorry transferred to a Zoom call when the link didn’t work. He gave me time to detail my state of health, then clearly explained his subsequent assessment and advised path forward for me. He made me feel I was being understood and treated as a person, rather than a tick-box.

The consultation itself was wonderful and Dr McCorry gave a very clear and concise explanations which were very helpful. However, after three weeks my GP still hasn't received Dr McCorry's letter so I am not really that much better off than waiting for a free NHS appointment.

Sincere apologies for any delay. All my letters are dictated on the day of the appointment. I have asked my secretary to send letters to the patients by email securely, so even if the post is slow to the GP, these letters are available. I have spoken to my secretary about ensuring there are no unacceptable delays in the future.

We both had issues with the video call so re booked and did zoom and then went onto a telephone consultation. Which was superb. Explanations were excellent and it was a 2 way discussion on what would work and suit rather than being told...this is what your having.

Many thanks for the kind review. For neurological problems like seizures or headaches a remote assessment can work well- as long as the technology works! Thank you for your patience

I found Dr McCorry on my Google search to help me deal with my alexithymia. I am waiting for a call from my dr to collect a prescription for some antidepressants that he has arranged. Hopefully this won’t be long, I’m going crackers!!

Very well mannered, friendly and easy to understand explanations. DR Dougall MacCorry did not rush us and gave us time to discuss things.

So happy with my consultation. I felt really looked after. Unfortunately I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time which was unexpected seeing as I was paying to go private. Overall a great experience with the help I needed to move forward.
