I was anxious before attending but I was put at ease and looked after excellently by the nursing staff. Ms Menon was absolutely brilliant.

I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The whole procedure went very smoothly and all involved were top notch. Thank you.

Ms. Menon has a lovely manner, is very approachable and easy to talk to. I am deeply grateful for the huge difference her exceptional skills have made to me.

A very positive experience from arrival until discharge. A follow up phone call from consultant 3 days afterwards welcome, ward temperature far too cold though.

Miss Menon is a very skilled surgeon and a delightful, warm person. I really recommend her . We are so very pleased we chose her to perform cataract surgery which was slightly more complicated than normal. My husbands sight is now excellent!

My husband and I have seen Dr Menon 3 times now. She is kind and friendly and she listens, We have absolute confidence in her.

Miss Menon is amazing! I had a BCC (right near my tear duct on my eyelid) removed in Feb 2023. I was v.nervous about the outcome after surgery & loss of my tear duct. Yet no-one can even tell I have had it done- she is THAT GOOD & my reconstructed tear duct is working perfectly!

Accommodating and most importantly, very reassuring The whole process was like clockwork, i can`t wait to have the other eye done Bravo NHS

While the operation was swift, painless, and effective, I don't understand why I had to sit in a waiting room for four hours beforehand. The discharging process was frustrating too. I didn't have anyone to come and sign me out, so was forced to sneak out.

Excellent experience - would not hesitate to recommend.

I would like to say that the day of my operation was very calming and I was looked after very professionally. I found the the operation itself was very well done and I was reassured with the organisation of it all.

I found Miss Menon to be a kind,comforting, and reassuring consultant who told me exactly what she was about to do during my diagnosis appointments with her. The same style applied during the two cataract operations she performed on me.

Miss Menon has performed cataract surgery on both my eyes, one in February, other in April. The results are amazing and I have excellent vision from about 2ft to infinity. The care that I received was exemplary and I could not recommend her highly enough.
