On March 26th, 2024, I underwent breast augmentation surgery with Mr. Fazel, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final result, Mr Fazel guided me expertly, helping me select the perfect implants for my desired natural aesthetic. The support and care Mr Fazel's team provided were exceptional, making the journey smooth and reassuring. I am pleased with the outcome and would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Fazel's services to anyone considering cosmetic surgery among my circle of friends and family.

From my first enquiry to having my post op sign off all the staff have been absolutely fantastic, always explaining everything, so happy with my results!

I just passed 3 months of breast augmentation post op and I can say that the results are life changing! Boost of confidence, love to see myself in the mirror and the natural appearance is the cherry on top! But apart of all this, the pre-op and post-op phases were smooth and easy to manage! I was very scared to go through all the pre-op protocols and the thought of being under anasthesia was terrifying! Went through all that stress just to see by myself how well prepared is the medical staff and how in control was everything around me! Then the post-op was even more convincing because after 2-3 days I was already ready to return to my activities, there was no pain but just some discomfort and in no time I was already going back to the gym for example! Dr Fazel is a top doctor, with great wisdom and well prepared to give you the best advise and amazing results! As well as the Refresh clinic staff, they were available to answer all my questions! My original breast augmentation, NOT performed by Dr Fazel was the best part of 20 years ago and for the past 10 years I had been living with an unsightly, uncomfortable and I found embarrassing capsular contracture. After years of my partner encouraging me to have it dealt with I finally decided to begin looking into it. After doing some research and checking multiple reviews I made the decision to arrange an initial enquiry early July with Dr Fazel. The consultation with Dr Fazel was great. We discussed my situation and what I was hoping to achieve. He was able to advise the best options for me, what the procedure would entail and address any concerns I had at the time. I was advised further that I only had to drop him a message if I thought of anything else in the meantime. Less than two months later was the day of my surgery. The day went as smoothly as I could have possibly hoped for, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and I was back on my way home in a matter of hours. The recovery has went well and the staff have been very attentive, friendly and again helpful during follow up appointments and phone calls. I am now five weeks into recovery and have attended and I must stress enjoyed, my follow up appointment with Dr Fazel as both my partner and I found it very interesting and informative. Again Dr Fazel answered any further questions I had with regards to my further recovery and I found the pictures taken during my procedure especially interesting. The work he has performed is excellent and I recommend both him and the team extremely highly. Thank you so much Dr Fazel for what you have done for me, not just physically but also mentally. Mr Fazel, is very approachable and is able to give time in responding to any questions you might have. His calm assured explanation gives lots of reassurance without pressure to proceed with any operation.

2 months ago I underwent a full explant and breast lift with Dr Maisam Fazel, for the past 3 years I have had shooting pains in my right breast and was very aware that my implants had been in way too long (23 years) and needed to come out, I’ve been putting it off as I couldn’t face the disruption of surgery and the cost. In January this year I realised that I couldn’t ignore the pain any longer and started doing research on surgeons for explant surgery. I already had a couple of recommendations but wanted to do my own research which led me to Dr Fazel. When researching a surgeon the most important things for me were that it was a surgical procedure that he had untaken many times and also that he had a deep knowledge of the breast. I wanted to make sure that I had a full en-bloc capsulectomy as I didn’t want any toxic waste left in my chest cavity and needed the implant and the capsule removed. Although no surgeon can 100 percent say that it will all be removed completely, I knew that he had enough experience so I had the best chance of success. On the day of my initial consultation I had written lots of questions to ask, although they were mostly answered in our chat. Once I left his office I was quite sure that he was the surgeon I was happy to proceed with for my explant surgery. Once you have confirmed your procedure you have to undertake a psychological assessment which was done online and very straightforward. I was offered different choices of hospitals to have my operation and chose Highgate hospital in north London, this choice was based on £££ as each hospitals charge their own fees on top of Dr Fazel so you get a couple of different options, I couldn’t have been happier with my choice they are a small hospital with free parking and excellent service and care so 10/10 for them. The op required an overnight stay and I was discharged around lunchtime the day after procedure, I left with a compression garment on (which you will need to purchase) and padding on my chest, I wasn’t in too much discomfort and just took my painkillers that had been prescribed for me for a couple of days, you will need to sleep on your back and slightly elevated which I found challenging as I am a side sleeper so had to put cushions around me to stop me turning over. After 1 week I had an appointment to see Dr Fazel where he removed the padding off my chest and I could see my new breasts for the first time, I was really nervous but actually pleasantly surprised once I’d plucked up the courage to look in the mirror, I also had elected to have an uplift after explant and to have my nipples made smaller as they stretched after having a baby. I am 53 years old and now have pert breasts which suit my body better. I have followed all recovery instructions carefully, this includes micro tapping your scars for 6 weeks, compression garment for 6 weeks and now scar gel for 3 months and I’m healing well. My scars look good. In summary the whole experience from beginning to end has felt straightforward and I am very happy with the outcome. You have to be prepared when undertaking this surgery that you will be left with scars and possibly not the boobs you dreamed of but I would take my health and happiness over toxic breast implants any day. If you are looking for explant surgery I would say your in safe hands with Dr Fazel.

The quality of care throughout by all staff has been to the best standard. Mr Fazel has been respectful throughout and performed a brilliant surgery on me.

While having a lot of doubts about the procedure and the potential results before meeting Dr Fazel, I was very reassured by his listening and deep understanding of my expectations and could not be happier with the very natural results. Thanks !

I'm 37 with 4 children. I had wanted to have my breasts done since my 20's however I waited untill I had completed my family i went to a few surgeon's but Dr Fazel won it. He is professional, patient and honest. I didn't want to go to big as I do alot of exercise so I didn't want them in my way i also didn't want it to look obvious i had had my boobs done. We spoke at length on 3 different occasions and he didn't show any frustration through my question's (that's something that was important to me). I'm very happy with the way they look, the shape and how I feel in my clothes the appreciation I now have for my body is a calming feeling. I went back to light exercise after two weeks. I had a bad experience with some of the night shift staff at the Nuffield Hospital, Highgate, I gave feedback to the hospital but heard nothing back (3 months). The Spire Outpatients department was a bit tired, the staff were friendly but inefficient.

I was recommended Dr Fazel by a friend, and I was so pleased she did! Dr Fazel is a wonderful surgeon and so easy to speak to. The team that supports him (admin & in hospital) are absolutely amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

From my initial consultation until now being nearly 2 months post op, I can not fault Mr Fazel! My whole surgery experience has been so positive and easy, from the outset I felt extremely comfortable, Mr Fazel listened to exactly the outcome I was hoping for and was able to give me different realistic surgery options. Due to my personal circumstances I was wanting to book a surgery date extremely soon after my initial consultation, both Mr Fazel and his admin team accommodated this for me and booked a date much sooner than initially I thought possible. In terms of recovery I was so shocked (pleasantly)with the minimal pain if any at all that I experienced. Since being informed about his techniques, I put the minimal pain solely down to Mr Fazels expertise and experience. This surgery to me was life changing, and I could not be any happier with the results, even only at 6 weeks post op. I would highly recommend Mr Fazel to anyone, especially someone who may be nervous about surgery as a whole.

I’d been researching local plastic surgeons for 2 years or so. Mr Fazel was one of my top options and once I’d decided to pursue surgery I began booking appointments. I had a terrible first experience with a receptionist from a renowned Harley street clinic. A bit deflated, I wondered if this poor behaviour was the “norm”. However, I was delighted with the immediate, positive and kind response from Mr Fazel’s team. Their efficiency and helpfulness was so reassuring. The team were (and are) always prompt, polite & professional. My initial consultation with Mr Fazel was informative, he took his time to answer any questions, in fact I would say, he doesn’t speak highly enough of his skills & knowledge. He is super amazing - and has been so supportive from the initial consultation, to now being 3 months post surgery. I am so pleased with the results. SO relieved I chose Mr Fazel to perform my surgery. I felt I needed to trust the surgeon and their skills, as I was voluntarily opting for this procedure, and had to be the best (in all aspects). He definitely is in his field of work. I would strongly recommend Mr Fazel for any cosmetic surgery. If you’re reading this and feel any natural hesitation - please don’t, I’d suggest to book a consultation with Mr Fazel, as you will not regret it! He doesn’t put any pressure on the patient to book him, he simply lays out a realistic surgical treatment plan & it’s up to the patient to decide. Good luck!
