Very helpful meeting. Thorough examination. Only problem I had was that my appointment time of 13:40 was changed to 13:00 without consultation. As I had to travel from the Lake District this could have been a problem. Fortunately I spotted the change on the appointment reminder.

Can’t recommend Dr Chattopadyhay highly enough. Friendly and helpful. Prescribed short term solution & urged my GP to refer me urgently back to NHS for long term treatment which was not an option privately due to cost. This has happened quickly with her intervention.

I would highly recommend Dr Chattopadhyay to anyone that has a severe skin condition. Sorted me out within 1 appointment. High level of clinical expertise and you are always involved in the plan for treatment. Cannot believe I waited so long to book!

Dr Chattopadhyay was efficient and explained my treatment options fully. I was able to receive treatment within a few days of the initial consultation. Follow up care was also excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend her without reservation.

I highly recommend Dr Chattopadhyay. She is very personable and puts you a ease. I also had to have a operation by local anesthetic and the surgery was excellent and I couldn't have been in better hands.

My only complaint is considering this was a private appointment I didn't expect to wait for over an hour. I was informed an hour after arrival that the Dr had to perform minor surgery. I'd have expected to be informed upon checking in or earlier to make better use of my time.

Excellent although a little rushed at the end as a Sister entered the room during the consultation to advise Dr. Chattopadhyay that she had three patients waiting. This meant she was rushed into writing my prescription and explaining things to me as the Sister waited in the room.
