Made it sound like I was saying nonsense and wouldn't properly listen to me or give me explanations. Also blamed my problem on having been born a woman. Just because a problem is common in women, does NOT make is NORMAL.

From the first consultation meeting Mr Thiruchelvam was direct and made me feel confident about my procedure, on the day the nursing staff were great, the op went well, after care also very good and no pain at all, post op exam was also very clear and good result overall.

Throughout my consultation and treatment, I was treated with dignity and understanding. The consultant and staff were friendly and caring. I was given explanations at every step of my treatment and all my questions were answered and clarification was given when sought.
