Mr Navaratnam was very pleasant and professional. I consulted him about a possible hernia and on examination he gave a firm opinion that in his view I was not suffering from this.

Everyone I spoke to from the beginning of the treatment to the conclusion were amazingly comforting and assuring. I was kept informed of exactly what would happen at every stage of my op.which put me at ease. Surgery went well as expected. Mr Navaratnam and team were exemplary.

I can’t thank Romi Navaratnam enough for the first class care and support he gave me throughout my surgeries. He was kind, approachable and made even the most intrusive procedures bearable. Working closely with the scanning experts and microbiologists, he ensured that my condition was stabilised, and kept me out of danger so that I was able to have elective (rather than emergency) surgery. He is highly skilled and yet he wears his expertise lightly, and his bedside manner was immensely reassuring both for me as the patient and for my family. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering colorectal surgery.

I was not a normal hernia patient as I have heart failure .Mr Navaratnam embraced the situation and arranged a pacemaker specialist to attend and special pre operation medications . The surgery went smoothly . A brilliant performer ,great aftercare .

I was suffering from chronic pain of annal fissure for a year. I tried several doctors and creams, but it didn't help. Doctor Navaratnam saw me a few times and fixed my problem with quick minor surgery. After a week of recovery, I feel great with no pain.
