Recently had Hip Replacement Surgery at The Nuffield Hospital, Tunbridge Wells. Doctor Syed Ahmed was superb, and 5 weeks post op I am feeling the benefits, and more importantly pain free. Very informative, and a very skilled man highly recommend, and the Hospital as well.

Mr Ahmed replaced both my hips nine weeks apart. One hip was severely damaged and I was in constant pain, using crutches and housebound. He was re-assuring, courteous and professional, as were all the staff. Highly recommended & can't thank him enough.

Had R hip replacement. It is wonderful to be mobile and pain free again. I was disappointed that my post op consultation was by phone. I have hearing problems and it can be difficult for me to hear on the phone.

Mr Ahmed told me at my first consultation that a new hip replacement would change my life. Indeed, at my final consultation 7 weeks later I had to agree with him. No pain. Hospital staff helpful post operation. Physio, excellent exercises given.

I managed to see this gentleman in October 2021 and I was diagnosed with advanced grade 4 osteoarthritis involving the left hip Joint. In November 2021 Mr Syed Ahmed carried out a full left hip replacement for me. I can only say “Thank you” too Mr Syed Ahmed & his superb team, for giving me my life back. Its only January 2022 I can now walk my dog without any pain… Mr Ahmed please carry on making people like me happy….Thank You….

My experience with pain management & dealing with several GP's prior to the op was not good. Once referred, the process was very efficient, Mr Ahmed & his team on the day of the op were brilliant, the pre op & post op staff were also excellent.
