Would recommend 100000%. Mr Fitzgerald O'Connor has the most wonderful bedside manner, makes you feel at ease as soon as you meet him and you can see you are in the hands of someone with SO much experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others thinking about skin removal!

I had a promising consultation with the Dr, she seemed in agreement that I had thyroid symptoms despite being on T4. My bloods looked normal so no further discovery or symptom management seems to be planned, now calling my symptoms “generic”. Disappointing as no different to GP.

I recently had two consultations with Dr. Keng-Jin Ng, and I am thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and expertise. During both appointments, he made sure to listen carefully to every detail of my concerns, asking insightful questions to fully understand my condition. His thoroughness and attentiveness really stood out.
Dr. Ng took the time to explain my diagnosis and potential treatment options in great detail, ensuring I understood everything clearly. His wealth of knowledge was evident, and he provided me with a lot of valuable information based on his years of experience.
Although I have not yet undergone treatment, I feel confident in Dr. Ng’s care and expertise. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for highly skilled Urologist with long years of experience.

Overall a 5 star rating, my only comment from previous visits is that check in could be improved, it always has a hint of slight chaos and on one occasion I waited a significant amount of time to see my consultant which I understood to be due to administrative issues
