Excellent doctor. Calm, reassuring and gives straightforward explanations. Prof. Cohen performed a fistulotomy which is healing up nicely thus far. Was treated at the Cleveland Clinic; anaesthetists, nurses, MRI technicians, receptionists are all very good as well. Thanks again!

I had my first appointment on 8th Nov that per se was satisfactory. Forward on 17th January I’m still waiting for the clinical letter from that appointment…tried several time to chase it but to no avail. Very disappointed to be left with no information and no treatment option.

After month of agony and pain, I have undergone lateral sphincterotomy operations. Dr Richard Cohen performed outstanding job and my life changed completely. Quality of care and the friendliness of staff was outstanding. I would recommend Cleveland Clinic and Professor R Cohen!

I was down , debilitated & fatigued and in intense pain. The diagnosis was swift & accurate and the care and explanation was insightful and straight talking in terms of the risks and rewards of the surgery . The procedure has been transforming
