Mr Ross was a wonderful doctor who treated me with great kindness. He was patient and coped with my particular issues so well. I couldn’t have gone through the treatment if it hadn’t been for him and I am eternally grateful. The staff at the Nuffield were all so kind and friendly and did their jobs so well. I never had to wait past my appointment time. All areas of the hospital were welcoming and comfortable. The colours used in the waiting room are calming - just what is needed!!

I went to see Mr Ross about refractive surgery. He made me feel very relaxed and gave me lots of time. He was well informed about all the possible treatments. He offered to put me in touch with other clinicians who offer different treatments from him, rather than a hard sell
