Competent and professional

The appointment went really well, the secretary was quite rude however. Maybe it was a bad day, I can be understanding but if I am spending quite a big amount somewhere I would appreciate to not be looked down upon by the staff.

Avery easy booking system to use, appreciate the immediate confirmation of appointment. Welcoming reception staff and Dr Chopra very approachable and professional.
