Dr Jessica Taylor was exceptional with my daughter, who has a great fear of the dentist and had tried several without success. Dr Taylor was very patient and talked her through the entire process, explaining what was going to happen next. At each step, she asked my daughter to confirm if she was comfortable with proceeding. My daughter felt much more at ease and asked after her appointment to be seen by Dr Taylor from now on.
