- 5 star consultation. No waffle and he took time to check my understanding of what he was saying. No interaction with any other staff apart from receptionist. One lady was waiting a long time for a blood test and although staff were apologising, there seemed a disorganised air.
- The doctor was highly professional, friendly, polite and thorough. He was very apologetic for running 30 minutes late.
