Professor Amit Tolat is a highly qualified orthopaedic surgeon based in Maidstone, Kent, specialising in shoulder surgery, elbow surgery, and hand and wrist surgery. He is an expert in treating conditions such as tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, arthritis, and carpal tunnel. He has been an Honorary Professor at Bombay University since 2014 and has been a Royal College Tutor of Orthopaedics since 2009.

Professor Tolat qualified and began his training as an orthopaedic surgeon in India, before completing ten years of higher specialist training in the UK, including the Sheffield Higher Surgical Registrar training program, and the world renowned Wrightington Hospital for joint disease in the North West UK. He also completed a fellowship in hand surgery at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, USA.
