Professional yet friendly. Had several consultations (reviewing symptoms + results of various scans), his original diagnosis was confirmed. He performed both endoscopic ultra sound + then removal of gallbladder. Reassuring throughout the various steps over the last 6 months. Scars from surgery are minimal as well which is a nice bonus.
