Dr Asad Qureshi is a highly respected consultant clinical oncologist based in London. He is renowned for his expertise in treating upper and lower GI cancer, particularly oesophago-gastric, colorectal and anal cancers. Dr Qureshi practises at Leaders in Oncology Care (LOC) - part of HCA Healthcare, with his NHS base being Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
Dr Qureshi qualified in medicine from Queen Mary University of London in 2001, before undertaking specialist training in clinical oncology at Guy’s and St Thomas’, Bart’s Health and the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trusts. He attained membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2005 and fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians in 2012. Dr Qureshi has also completed an MD research degree specialising in stereotactic radiotherapy and image guidance at King’s College London.
