I was very impressed with the whole process of seeing Professor McGowan via eConsult. Professor McGowan was very understanding and helpful. She gave clear explanations and reiterated it all in a detailed clinic letter the next day. Would highly recommend.

Professor McGowan has been excellent throughout all appointments with her. She started off by managing my thyroid problems, undertaking a weight loss program call Roczen which was very successful and then managing my thyroid levels throughout my pregnancy and beyond. Thank you!

Dr Barbara McGowan herself was lovely, although I felt she kept wanting to turn to the NHS rather than go private.She was kind and listened. My problem was her secretary just never got back to me about anything and it's been 8 days now so I've been forced to find another doctor.
