An incredibly well mannered and intelligent physician. Felt completely at ease throughout the process with Mr Lord's depth of knowledge and quality of communication. We explored non-surgical options to be begin with, surgery was finally required, and was successful.

Dr Lord run a multi-ligament knee reconstruction for me. He performed nearly 5 hours surgery on the case, that was rejected by a few other surgeons as being "complex". Thanks to him I can walk again. I fully recommend his services
