Mr Christopher Abela is an esteemed consultant plastic surgeon based in London who specialises in skin surgery, reconstructive and paediatric plastic surgery. His highly-skilled practice performs the full range of face and body procedures and treatments, including scar correction, BOTOX and skin cancer treatment.
Mr Abela is a fully licensed expert with over 20 years of highly specialised training, completed in London, Los Angeles and Cape Town. He originally qualified from Cambridge University in 1999 and then accomplished two higher surgical training fellowships: a craniofacial reconstruction surgery fellowship at Great Ormond Street Hospital and a cosmetic surgery fellowship at the Wellington HCA, before going on to obtain his higher degree in cosmetic surgery.
On the GMC’s specialist register for plastic surgery, Mr Abela is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and a member of numerous medical organisations.
