I had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the very first consultation, the entire team made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. On the day of the operation, everything was handled with professionalism, calmness, and compassion, which immediately put me at ease. The medical staff took the time to explain each step clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt supported throughout the process. Post op staff also excellent ikusea and Susan especially .

From start to finish Ms Zanotti showed care and professionalism, giving me complete trust in her abilities. The operation went superbly, and I have recovered just as Ms Zanotti said I would. I would not hesitate to recommend both Ms Zanotti and the Park hospital. All the staff at the Park from admin, cleaners through to the nursing staff and surgical team were outstanding. Many thanks to you all and especially Ms Zanotti.

Ms Zinotti and every single person in her team were exceptional. From the beginning of my experience when I was admitted for Laparoscopic cholecystectomy, right through to my discharge, could not be faulted. Lots of TLC was greatly appreciated.
