Professor David D'Cruz is a leading consultant rheumatologist, specialising in connective tissue disorders, lupus, relapsing polychondritis, and vasculitis among other rheumatological conditions.
Practising at the London Lupus Centre at London Bridge Hotel, Professor D'Cruz is also the clinical team lead for the St Thomas' Lupus trust.
He has a vast portfolio of research and is involved with the King's College School of Medicine, has published over 130 peer-reviewed papers, 60 editorials and reviews, and 15 book chapters.
Professor D'Cruz is a managing editor of the Lupus journal, was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Autoimmune Diseases, and the president of the Rheumatology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine.
