Dr Deepak Ravindran is an extremely well-regarded and highly experienced and qualified pain management specialist based in Reading. He is the founder and director of Berkshire Pain Clinic and possesses over 20 years of specialist experience in treating pain disorders with the appropriate use of multidisciplinary techniques to improve quality of life for his patients.
He is a published author and wrote the Amazon Best Seller “The Pain Free Mindset” and hosts an educational Youtube channel as well. He is the one of the very few double certified in lifestyle medicine specialists in the UK. Dr Ravindran is an honorary professor at Teesside University and a fellow of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of Royal College of Anaesthetists and a member of the British Pain Society and the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. He is also a visiting lecturer at Reading University and is a consultant for pain medicine and Long COVID at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
Notably, Dr Ravindran uses a trauma-informed ‘upstreamist’ approach to pain practice and helped set up two award-winning NHS services: the community pain service in Berkshire (IPASS) in 2015 and the Berkshire Long COVID Integrated Service (BLIS) in 2020.
